Program:

Carolyn Randall with the local chapter of Michigan Climate Change presented her chapters outlook on a plan to lower the carbon footprint by charging a tax to companies at the point of origin produce non-renewal energy sources. (Coal, Oil and so on)
There objective long term is to lower dependence on Oil, Gas, & Coal and to shift to Wind, Solar, Electric and other renewable forms of energy.
