Carla Johnston: The Key Club at Eastern High School continues to be led by Joel and they are doing a fantastic job. As of September 1st they have raised $1,126.61 for Hannah's House, $889.64 for Ele's Place, $751.71 for the Leukemia Society, and $531 for the Red Cross in Puerto Rico. how inspirational is that?
Bob Nelson: Texas Holdem is back up and going on the west side of Lansing. Membership in attendance today voted in favor of trying to get slotted back in to the rotation of charities working these events.
Tim Hoffman: $4 happy bucks for: Daughter Marissa graduating on time from Grand Valley in just a few months, Erik's work on getting the Park project going, Being late today but here, Everyone's continued efforts to serve the community through Kiwanis

Tracy Twarozynski introduced Kristin McCort who is currently serving as Secretary of the Aktion through Pekham. Kristin did a great job of letting us know all the various projects the Aktion club has taken part in over the past year. They are always looking for new service opportunities and would live to assist with any projects our club may have going on.
Today's drawing held by Bill Maher was won by Steve Brennan who drew the King of Diamonds.
