Tracy Twarozynski: We are kicking off the sales for our Fabiano’s Chocolate Fundraiser. It’s changed a little bit this year, same great chocolate, but instead of Milk, Dark or assorted for your choices, it’s only assorted chocolates. They are still $20/box. The club will still get $8/box and Fabiano’s the $12/box. It’s one pound (roughly 32 pieces) of assorted chocolate and it makes for a great holiday gift. Sales end on November 16th
Larry Pingel: Bell Ringing we will be ringing the bell for the Salvation Army on both Saturday December 2nd as well as December 9th in the Lansing Mall, We only need 3 more individuals to volunteer to have the slots all full 6-7, 7-8, 8-9 PM on December 9th. Please contact Larry if you are available for one of these time slots.
Steve Goble: Anyone willing to sponsor a Thanksgiving Basket this year please sign up on the sheet going around. Cost is $30 per basket this year.

Bill Maher introduced todays speaker Mounir Rafik a visiting professor at MSU. Originally from Morocco Mounir presented some very interest information regarding Morocco and it's history. Morocco has been ruled by a monarchy for 1200 years. Take a moment and think about that one. Morocco regained it's independence from France in 1956. Moroccan soldiers fought as part of the French troops in both World War One and World War Two.
